Savoys Properties was created.
Savoys Properties was created out of frustration of not being able to find other managing agents who could effectively manage our portfolio which consisted heavily on co-living/HMO tenants, so we decided to take all of our management in-house.

Our Core Team
Introducing you to the Savoys Properties core team.
Sanjay Kumar started investing in the early 2000’s, he has a background in business and has utilised those skills, implemented and creating a forward thinking and innovative property business.
Malkit Purewal has been investing in property since the early 2000’s, with a background in IT, he has harnessed his years of corporate experience and applied it to efficiently invest, develop and manage the Savoys portfolio.
Hardeep Toor has a background as a RICS and ICES qualified Chartered Quantity Surveyor and started his own property services business back in 2017. He ventured into property development in 2015, and is now a Partner and Head of Developments at Savoys.
As an owner of a waste management company, Lauren Budden came into the Savoys team busting with knowledge and expertise of the industry, she now leads the property management team.
Jay has quickly established himself as a driven and customer focused individual. His hands on approach has seen him excel and become our Head of Lettings. Jay's friendly and enthusiastic approach has made him a favourite with our tenants!

Raj started her property career in 2003. Many of her clients come through word of mouth as her customer service is second to none. Her key strength is identifying opportunities which benefit the client and the company.
Prize winner of the Side Hustle Initiative 2021 with his e-commerce business, Ronnie has taken the leap into the property world due to his interest in property development from a young age. He will combine his craft and skill of content creation with his passion of all things property.

We had over 200 people attend our Q4 2022 event! In collaboration with Shawbrook Bank & Saracens Rugby Club, we hosted our last event of 2022 at the beautiful StoneX Stadium.
